Job Summary
Leading multiple complex initiatives, the full-time Senior Quality Improvement Specialist will coordinate regulatory, accreditation, and clinical quality improvement programs remotely, ensuring compliance and enhancing healthcare delivery effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and lead large-scale health services initiatives to improve quality and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance of clinical and service quality improvement programs with accreditation and regulatory standards
- Conduct assessments of programs and develop targeted activities to enhance performance measures such as Star Ratings and HEDIS
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a clinical license, or a Master's Degree in a related health field
- Minimum three years of experience in a clinical/healthcare environment
- Three to five years of managed care experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience in compliance, accreditation, or quality improvement
- Complex project management experience
