Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Quality Management Analyst to lead and manage the analysis of IT products and services to optimize organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and expertise in QA testing, creating functional test scripts and standards for product testing
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test tools and methodologies, ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve testing-related issues and report on progress to management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in quality assurance within Information Technology or a related field
• Proficiency in project management, SDLC, and Agile methodologies
• Experience with test automation tools and SQL scripting
• Strong analytical skills to identify defects and edge cases
