Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Field Quality for the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive operational excellence by establishing and monitoring KPIs and leading initiatives to improve field quality performance
  • Manage callback reduction efforts and oversee Field Turnback (FTB) management to enhance customer experience
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to conduct root cause analysis on quality issues and lead resolution of major field quality issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in quality, engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Field New Installation/Service processes
  • Understanding of elevators and/or escalators is required
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and analyze data to report trends and metrics
  • Continuous improvement experience is essential
