Senior Quality Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end operationalization of quality measures, the remote Senior Quality Manager will manage HEDIS, Stars, and partner-specific quality measures while developing workflows, monitoring execution, and evaluating performance to improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the portfolio of quality measures and campaigns, translating specifications into executable workflows
• Independently analyze quality and operational data to identify gaps and recommend interventions
• Lead cross-functional execution to build scalable quality operations and improve processes using automation and AI

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in healthcare quality, quality operations, or related fields
• Meaningful experience with HEDIS, Stars, or other healthcare quality performance programs
• Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including working with large datasets
• Working proficiency with SQL and experience with BI and reporting tools such as Looker or Tableau
