Senior Quality Systems Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Quality Systems Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee QMS Data Analytics, Data Reporting, and Digital improvement initiatives
• Lead a team of Data analysts to support quality improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with regulations and prepare quality reports for leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a technical field with 7+ years of experience in Quality and/or Engineering, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience
• Experience managing large-scale programs with defined plans and methodologies
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships
• Experience in establishing program objectives, timelines, and budgets
• Knowledge of AI Technologies and experience in the medical device industry is a plus
