Senior Quality Systems Manager
Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Quality Systems Manager will design and automate a flexible Quality Management System (QMS) that spans the entire vehicle platform lifecycle, ensuring safety and continuous improvement in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Re-architect and evolve the Quality Management System to align with the Safety Management System for Autonomy
- Implement closed-loop continuous improvement processes that connect field issues to design and engineering decisions
- Automate manual quality processes using emerging tools, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in building or leading quality systems in a safety-critical environment such as automotive or robotics
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
- Hands-on experience with design controls, verification & validation, and root cause analysis processes
- Proven track record of improving or rebuilding quality systems
- Familiarity with issue-tracking and workflow tools, such as Jira, for product lifecycle traceability
