Senior Quality Systems Specialist

Job Summary

Providing independent quality management support, the full-time Senior Quality Systems Specialist will lead the development and implementation of quality management systems, conduct audits, and create educational resources while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Leads the introduction and maturation of quality management systems and their re-certifications
• Develops solutions to complex problems and provides education on quality management principles
• Conducts audits and non-conformance investigations to ensure compliance with standards and implement process improvements

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in implementing and maintaining a quality management system
• 3+ years of experience with process improvement and problem-solving methodologies
• Experience applying metrics to measure performance for quality delivery
