Senior Quantitative Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Quantitative Analytics Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and validate predictive and machine-learning models to address business needs
• Lead conversations with partners and translate complex analyses into actionable insights
• Serve as a role model and mentor for junior staff while identifying best practices

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline and at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Advanced knowledge of analytical programming languages and data management techniques
• Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL and advanced Python/R/SAS for data analysis
• Experience in model building, maintenance, and optimization techniques
• Emerging leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior staff
