Senior Quantitative Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quant Analytics Sr Associate - Fair and Responsible Banking (FARB) Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quantitative/statistical analysis and regression models using SAS or similar software
• Prepare reporting of analysis results and present findings in non-technical terms
• Identify process improvements and facilitate necessary changes to enhance compliance risk management

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, engineering)
• Minimum 3 years of applied statistical and analytics experience in financial services
• Demonstrated proficiency in analytical programming (e.g., SAS, R, Python)
• Experience in developing and evaluating linear/logistic regression models
• Experience in fair lending analytics design and implementation
