Senior Quantitative Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in Italy, the part-time Senior Quantitative Analyst will manage analytics and reporting for the Portfolio Development team, focusing on SKU productivity and capital allocation across a growing portfolio of over 20,000 SKUs.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CEO and Product Strategy stakeholders to develop analysis and reporting that addresses key strategic questions
- Utilize statistical methods to identify product attributes that drive SKU productivity and provide data-driven guidance for portfolio management
- Identify and correct data inconsistencies in source systems and maintain accurate reporting on SKU productivity
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or statistics within SKU-driven businesses
- Strong knowledge of statistics and operations research, including regression and multivariate analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in Snowflake for data correction
- Demonstrated ability to present findings to senior stakeholders and executives
- Experience applying AI/ML in a business context for task automation
