Senior Quantum HPC Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HPC and Quantum Systems Engineer to architect, deploy, and operate a hybrid computing platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and operate a hybrid computing platform integrating large-scale GPU clusters with quantum processors
• Ensure the reliability and performance of the Quantum environment, managing Linux systems, job schedulers, and networking
• Collaborate with quantum hardware partners on system integration and define requirements for new quantum systems

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience operating HPC or large-scale compute infrastructure in production environments
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Strong background in Linux systems administration and job scheduling (e.g., Slurm)
• Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and hardware architectures
• Proficiency in Python and/or C++ for automation and workflow orchestration
