Senior QuickBooks Consultant

Job Summary

To support high-impact accounting system implementations, the full-time Senior QuickBooks Implementation Consultant will provide financial consulting and client advisory services remotely, managing complex engagements and optimizing financial systems across QuickBooks, Acumatica, and NetSuite environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system implementations and conversions to ensure seamless execution and long-term success
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Utilize advanced Excel knowledge to analyze financial data and create insightful reports

Required Qualifications

• 7-9 years of relevant accounting or consulting experience
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
• Experience with financial software including QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Acumatica, and NetSuite
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated success in managing small teams and leading projects
