Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, R&D.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of building block technologies and capabilities for quantum computers
Lead efforts in conceptualizing, developing, and designing next-generation quantum computer components
Partner with internal and external teams to build real-world software and hardware

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Physics or related Engineering field
10+ years of experience in R&D with 5+ years in managing an engineering team
Demonstrated experience delivering complex R&D projects
M.S. or Ph.D. in physics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field
10+ years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience
