Senior R Programmer Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior R Programmer/Analyst - RWD & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to HEOR Director's requests in a timely manner
• Conduct queries to claims, EHR, and other real-world data sources while ensuring high-quality work products
• Maintain detailed documentation and present results clearly and professionally

Required Qualifications

• A Master's degree in health services research, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or a related field with 5+ years of programming experience; or a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience
• Hands-on RWD/RWE experience with large-scale administrative claims data and EHR
• Advanced programming skills in R (including R Shiny) and proficiency in SAS
• Familiarity with statistical methods such as survival analysis and generalized linear models
• Prior experience in oncology projects is preferred
