Senior RCM Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide reporting analysis and support to assess training and process needs
• Review and analyze claim denials and educate operations on root causes
• Prepare and execute improvement plans on missed KPIs with the National Director of RCM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle in a large physician practice or revenue cycle company
• Experience with front-end claim editing systems and eligibility software systems
• Knowledge of payer and industry rules and regulations
• Ability to work independently without onsite direct supervision
