Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their Data & Analytics team in support of the Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce client-focused analysis to explore data, identify trends, and develop insights
• Create data-driven narratives that highlight client performance and support strategic decision-making
• Maintain proactive monitoring of client health metrics to detect potential risks and opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role
• Strong understanding of inpatient mid-revenue cycle processes and data
• Expert in SQL for ad hoc analysis and optimization
• Competent in Python for data manipulation and visualization
• Exceptional ability to translate raw data into actionable insights
