A company is looking for a Sr RCM Data Analyst to develop operational reporting solutions for healthcare revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop BI/Reporting solutions to meet stakeholder needs and drive business value
• Consult with stakeholders to gather requirements and create relevant content for analytics solutions
• Access and review RCM data to ensure accuracy for reporting purposes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle analytics
• Proven advanced skills in Excel, including complex formulas and PowerQuery
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
• Ability to articulate trends and metrics based on data analysis
