Senior RCM Solution Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solution Specialist - RCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in RCM workflows including coding, billing, claims, denials, and A/R management
• Partner with Sales and Customer teams to drive RCM opportunities through tailored solutions and demonstrations
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, mapping operational challenges to RCM capabilities and quantifying business value

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Pre-sales, Product Specialist, or Implementation roles, preferably within RCM or Healthcare IT
• Strong understanding of RCM workflows including charge capture, claims management, and denials management
• Demonstrated ability to connect complex SaaS solutions to business outcomes
• Hands-on, collaborative mindset suited to a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to multi-task and operate effectively in cross-functional teams
