Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research and Development (R&D) Senior or Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Advance segmentation through support of product model strategy for boats, motorcycles, and recreational vehicles
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and collaborate with team members and partner groups to solve business questions
• Organize and analyze data to support decision-making in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher with six years of relevant experience in statistical/quantitative modeling
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with three years of analytical work experience in property & casualty insurance
• Master's degree in a quantitative field of study with three years of analytical work experience
• PhD in a quantitative field of study
