Key Responsibilities

Create and update HTML and PDF documentation, including user guides and tutorials
Review and revise existing documentation to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with current specifications
Collaborate with development teams to identify documentation needs and implement technological requirements

Required Qualifications and Education

BS in Technical Writing, Technical Communication, Computer Science, English, or Engineering with 5 years' experience, or MS with 3 years' experience
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, XML
Experience in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to gather and analyze technical information for user-centric documentation
Image and video editing experience
