Senior R&D Tax Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a R&D Sr. Associate to conduct Research and Development tax credit consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client interviews and assess R&D tax credit applicability for specific activities
• Prepare credit calculations, draft reports, and conduct technical research at federal and state levels
• Mentor Associates and collaborate with Project Managers to ensure project quality and timely completion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of R&D tax credit regulations and IRS guidance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF editing software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
