Senior React Lead

Job Summary

Driving the frontend architecture for a highly scalable Micro-Frontend ecosystem, the permanent Senior React Lead will balance hands-on architecture with technical team leadership while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and maintain a modular frontend using runtime integration and decoupled deployment strategies
• Establish engineering standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor mid-to-senior engineers
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences

Required qualifications

• Advanced experience with Webpack 5 Module Federation, single-spa, or custom shell orchestrators
• Proficiency in managing large-scale workspaces using Nx or Turborepo
• Mastery of React 18+, TypeScript, and modern state management tools like Zustand or Redux Toolkit
• Hands-on experience building independent deployment pipelines for micro-apps
