Senior Reactor Operator License Required

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Reactor Operator 4 (Work Control).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of work control programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and technical alignment
• Create and review standardized work procedures and task instructions to enhance safety and efficiency during maintenance and outages
• Act as the work control liaison, coordinating with management and work crews to ensure adherence to operational plans

Qualifications & Experience

• A minimum of 8 years of nuclear industry experience, with expertise in work control and outage planning
• Prior Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license or certification is required
• A bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field is preferred; alternatively, 5 years of relevant nuclear plant experience may suffice
• Experience with outage management and knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements
• Must be eligible to work under Department of Energy regulations
