Job Summary

Supporting dynamic client accounts, the full-time Senior Real Estate Portfolio Analyst will lead strategic financial modeling, perform advanced data analytics, and create executive-ready presentations in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of financial models for real estate transactions and portfolio optimization
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize complex datasets and ensure data integrity
• Conduct business due diligence, synthesizing findings into concise narratives for executive-level approval

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 5 to 8+ years of experience in corporate real estate strategy, finance, or analytical roles
• Proven mastery of commercial real estate evaluation metrics and leasing dynamics
• Demonstrated experience in a client-facing environment or cross-functional teams
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau
