Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Real Estate Acquisitions Associate to support the growth of its US markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and source qualified multifamily owners, operators, and assets in the market
- Create a business development plan and network with multifamily firms
- Negotiate contracts with prospective multifamily partners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily or commercial real estate
- A real estate license is a plus but not required
- Quick thinker and dealmaker
- Desire to work in a small, self-motivated team
