Senior Real Estate Specialist

Job Summary

To support community solar and storage project acquisitions, the full-time Senior Real Estate Specialist will lead real estate diligence, analyze documents, assess land risks, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure projects are investment-ready from LOI through closing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead land due diligence for project acquisitions, reviewing site control, title, survey, access, and encumbrances
• Identify and assess material land risks, recommending curative strategies in collaboration with legal and development teams
• Prepare land documentation for asset sales and ensure clean handoff of contracts and post-close requirements

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in real estate, land development, and renewable energy transactions
• Ability to independently analyze real estate agreements, title commitments, and surveys
• Experience supporting project acquisitions, financings, or asset sales
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for summarizing land risks
