Job Summary

Leading real estate diligence and risk management, the full-time Senior Real Estate Specialist will support project acquisitions for community solar and storage initiatives by analyzing real estate documents and ensuring investment readiness from LOI through closing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead land due diligence for project acquisitions, reviewing site control, title, survey, access, and encumbrances
• Negotiate and structure leases and easements for advanced development projects while tracking land-related milestones
• Prepare land documentation for asset sales and support diligence related to title, survey, access, and site control

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in real estate, land development, and renewable energy transactions
• Ability to independently analyze real estate agreements, title commitments, and surveys
• Experience supporting project acquisitions, financings, or asset sales
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for summarizing land risks
