Senior Real Estate Specialist

Job Summary

To support community solar and storage project acquisitions, the full-time Senior Real Estate Specialist will lead real estate diligence, analyze documents, and manage land risk from LOI through closing while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead land due diligence for project acquisitions, including reviewing site control, title, and surveys
• Identify land risks and recommend curative strategies in coordination with legal and development teams
• Prepare land documentation for asset sales and support diligence related to title and site control

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in real estate, land development, and renewable energy transactions
• Ability to independently analyze real estate agreements, title commitments, and surveys
• Experience supporting project acquisitions, financings, or asset sales
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for summarizing land risks
