Senior Real Estate Specialist
Job Summary
Leading real estate diligence and risk management for community solar and storage projects, the full-time Senior Real Estate Specialist will independently analyze real estate documents, assess land risks, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure projects are investment-ready from LOI through closing.
Key responsibilities
- Lead land due diligence for project acquisitions, reviewing site control, title, survey, and encumbrances
- Identify and recommend strategies to mitigate material land risks in collaboration with legal and development teams
- Prepare land documentation for asset sales and support diligence related to title, survey, and site control
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in real estate, land development, and renewable energy transactions
- Proven ability to analyze real estate agreements, title commitments, and surveys independently
- Experience in supporting project acquisitions, financings, or asset sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for summarizing land risks
