Key Responsibilities

Convert SOPs into live workflow templates and build state-specific document checklists
Screen, interview, and train offshore TC candidates while developing quality control frameworks
Oversee live service, ensuring compliance and coaching TCs on real-time edge cases

Required Qualifications

5+ years as a Transaction Coordinator with 200+ closed files
Multi-state experience in CA, TX, or FL
Expertise in dotloop, SkySlope, and TransactionDesk
Familiarity with post-NAR-settlement compliance and unlicensed-assistant rules
Experience training or supervising other TCs
