Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Real Estate Transaction Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Convert SOPs into live workflow templates and build state-specific document checklists
Screen, interview, and train offshore TC candidates while developing quality control frameworks
Oversee live service, audit communications for compliance, and coach TCs on edge cases

Required Qualifications

5+ years as a TC with 200+ files closed
Multi-state experience in CA, TX, or FL
Hands-on expertise with dotloop, SkySlope, and TransactionDesk
Deep familiarity with post-NAR-settlement compliance and unlicensed-assistant rules
Experience training or supervising other TCs
