Senior Real Estate Valuation Consultant

Job Summary

Leading the valuation management and review process for commercial real estate portfolios across EMEA, the full-time Senior Real Estate Valuation Consultant will partner with institutional investors and financial organizations, mentor junior team members, and deliver high-quality valuation reviews in an office-based role in London with the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the valuation review process for multiple client mandates, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, facilitating discussions and presenting valuation findings
• Conduct market research and prepare insightful reports that translate complex valuation information for client decision-making

Required qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate, particularly in valuation or real estate advisory roles
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, with the ability to review complex valuation models
• Proficient in client relationship management, with a solutions-focused approach to communication
• Analytical mindset capable of assessing detailed financial and property information
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and client mandates effectively
