Senior Receivables Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Receivables Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end collections strategy for North America strategic accounts to improve cash flow performance
• Design and implement data-driven collection strategies to increase recovery rates while maintaining customer relationships
• Deliver accurate cash forecasts and identify financial risk exposure across customer portfolios

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in receivables management, collections, or finance operations
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and driving performance outcomes
• Strong understanding of credit risk management and cash forecasting
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience with large strategic accounts in a B2B environment
