Senior Reconciliation Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Reconciliation Representative to join their Reconciliation department.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconciles and researches 2-step claims and payments from Health Plan Payors
• Communicates with Health Plans regarding claim statuses and requests reprocessing of denied claims
• Documents and analyzes trends related to invalid denials and meets production and quality requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED certificate required
• 2 years of experience in claims processing preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel helpful
• Familiarity with Managed Care, HMO, PPO health plan provisions
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service
