Senior Recovery Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recovery Agent to manage collections and negotiate payment arrangements with past due customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and negotiate with past due customers to resolve delinquent account balances
• Analyze funded credit risk and manage various collection strategies
• Document accounts appropriately and participate in special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 3-5 years of related experience in collections or recovery
• Working knowledge of FDCPA and applicable Federal laws
• Accounting knowledge and experience
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Access
