Senior Recovery Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recovery Agent to manage delinquent accounts and negotiate payments with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate payments and resolve account balances
• Utilize skip tracing resources and multiple systems to reach decision makers and document accounts
• Participate in special projects and mentor new employees while demonstrating flexibility and teamwork

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in a related field
• At least one year of customer support experience in the transportation industry
• Basic knowledge of accounting and skip tracing
• Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Google Sheets and Office products
• Understanding of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and applicable federal laws
