Job Summary

A company is looking for a Work from Home COAF Recovery Sr. Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers regarding charged-off balances
• Perform account level research and update account information accurately
• Assist customers in understanding their accounts and payment responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
• At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
