Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recovery Workforce Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Team Lead with complex data analysis and workflow management
Onboard, coach, train, and mentor new hires while maintaining onboarding materials
Act as a subject matter expert on Recovery Operations and collaborate on process improvements

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED; 2-3 years of relevant experience or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with data analysis, strong skills in Excel, Access, and database management
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with limited guidance
Experience in healthcare or software industries is a plus
Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach team members
