Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Private Bank positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and advise on job descriptions and compensation
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber candidates and manage candidate pipelines
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, particularly in financial services or private banking
  • Proven track record of recruiting for specialized banking roles
  • Strong advisory skills with the ability to influence hiring managers on talent strategy
  • Deep understanding of Private Bank organizational structures and compensation practices
