Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or 10+ years of recruiting experience with 5 years in a senior role
• Deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting and advanced sourcing techniques
• Proven success in building recruiting functions in technical or defense sectors
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics
• Must be a US citizen and able to pass a background check and drug screening
