Job Summary
Managing full-cycle RPO recruiting for clients, the full-time Senior Recruiter will effectively source and attract passive talent, oversee client relationships, and handle high-volume requisition loads in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire recruiting process, collaborating with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Hiring Managers
- Source and attract passive candidates while maintaining strong client relationships through face-to-face interactions
- Effectively manage a high-volume requisition load to meet client needs and deadlines
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in RPO
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and job boards
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and pay attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
