Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit passive candidates and move them through the talent acquisition process
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through market research and relationship management
  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting process from presentation to closing

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience with 3+ years in executive/senior leadership recruiting
  • Expert knowledge in sourcing, networking, assessing, and relationship management
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Highly networked and knowledgeable of leading search practices
