Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter (contract).
Key Responsibilities
- Directly source candidates through various methods including research and social media
- Conduct preliminary conversations with potential candidates about roles
- Manage offers by extending and negotiating offers while advocating for candidates
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting across business, technology, and operations teams
- At least 2 years of experience closing complex offers at senior levels
- Experience working within an in-house recruitment team
- Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, or CMS; Workday and Greenhouse experience is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
