Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Directly source candidates through various methods including research and social media
Conduct preliminary conversations with potential candidates about roles
Manage offers by extending and negotiating offers while advocating for candidates

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in recruiting across business, technology, and operations teams
At least 2 years of experience closing complex offers at senior levels
Experience working within an in-house recruitment team
Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, or CMS; Workday and Greenhouse experience is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
