Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their Corporate - Human Resources Team working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies
- Interview candidates using behavioral and competency-based methods to assess qualifications
- Act as a brand ambassador and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a technical environment
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in high volume recruiting within targeted geographic areas
- Prior experience recruiting in the A/E/C industry is highly desired
- Proven success in sourcing specialized technical engineering roles and managing recruiting teams
