Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their Corporate - Human Resources Team working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies
  • Interview candidates using behavioral and competency-based methods to assess qualifications
  • Act as a brand ambassador and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a technical environment
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in high volume recruiting within targeted geographic areas
  • Prior experience recruiting in the A/E/C industry is highly desired
  • Proven success in sourcing specialized technical engineering roles and managing recruiting teams
