Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter II who is passionate about managing the end-to-end hiring process for sales and go-to-market roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify and attract high-quality candidates
• Manage the recruitment process for multiple roles, from job description finalization to offer distribution
• Analyze recruitment metrics to provide data-driven recommendations for improving hiring outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume roles
• 3+ years of sales or go-to-market recruiting experience
• Experience communicating with senior leaders in mid-size or growing organizations
• Proven track record of sourcing candidates through various channels
• High competency in recruiting software tools and project management skills
