Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter II who is passionate about managing the end-to-end hiring process for sales and go-to-market roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to manage the hiring process for multiple roles
  • Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline while enhancing the company's attractiveness to candidates
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and meet hiring goals
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in high-volume roles
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or go-to-market recruiting
  • Experience communicating with senior leaders in mid-size or growing organizations
  • Proven ability to build relationships and source candidates through various channels
  • High competency in recruiting software tools and project management skills
