Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to manage the hiring process for multiple roles
- Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline while enhancing the company's attractiveness to candidates
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and meet hiring goals
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in high-volume roles
- 3+ years of experience in sales or go-to-market recruiting
- Experience communicating with senior leaders in mid-size or growing organizations
- Proven ability to build relationships and source candidates through various channels
- High competency in recruiting software tools and project management skills
