Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter II to manage the end-to-end hiring process for sales and go-to-market roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract and close high-quality candidates
- Manage the hiring process for multiple roles, including job description finalization and candidate pre-hire requirements
- Analyze recruitment metrics to provide data-driven recommendations and improve hiring outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, with 3+ years in sales or GTM recruiting
- Experience communicating with senior leaders in mid-size or growing organizations
- Proven track record of sourcing candidates through various channels
- Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and recruiting partners
- High competency in recruiting software tools, such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn
