Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter II who will manage the end-to-end hiring process for sales and go-to-market roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract and close high-quality candidates
- Manage the recruitment process for multiple roles, including job description finalization and candidate evaluation
- Analyze recruitment metrics to provide data-driven recommendations and improve hiring outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume roles
- 3+ years of sales or go-to-market recruiting experience
- Experience communicating with senior leaders in mid-size or growing organizations
- Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and recruiting partners
- High competency in recruiting software tools, such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn
