Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating job offers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs and ensure quality and timeliness of hires
- Track progress in the applicant tracking system to meet recruitment metrics and goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
- 1-3 years of recruiting/sourcing experience in corporate recruiting
- Experience with HR applications and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proven ability to develop partnerships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners
- Ability to uphold legal requirements and company hiring policies
