Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their Talent Delivery Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for IT roles
• Select candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain relationships with IT professionals on contract assignments
• Generate leads and market intelligence to enhance client development efforts while meeting business development goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2+ years of IT recruiting experience in relevant technical skillsets
• Strong ability to understand IT requirements and identify qualified candidates
• Proven negotiating and closing skills with a desire to build a career in recruiting
• Experience utilizing job boards and applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred
